Account registration is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with third parties violates these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Each user may hold only one active account on 30wim. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus rules, betting limits, or any other policy is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated accounts and balances.

The information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Submitting false information — including name, CPF, or date of birth — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and referral of the information to the relevant authorities when required by law.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 30.00. No fees are charged on deposits made by the user. All amounts are processed exclusively in BRL. 30wim does not accept deposits in foreign currency.
Deposited funds are for betting use only on the 30wim platform. Deposits made without genuine intent to bet may be declined in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.
To request a withdrawal on 30wim, the user must have a verified account (KYC complete) and an available balance from deposits and/or betting winnings. Bonus balances must meet rollover requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits are set according to the user's level in the 30wim VIP Program. Gold and Diamond tier members have higher limits and access to priority withdrawals.
30wim may carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or when account details have recently been changed. These checks are designed to protect users and ensure transaction security. Processing times may be extended during these reviews.
Withdrawals may only be made to methods and accounts held in the name of the 30wim account holder. Withdrawal attempts to third parties will be declined and may result in account suspension.
30wim periodically offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Every bonus is subject to the specific terms of the corresponding promotion, which take precedence over the general conditions in this section in the event of a conflict.
The welcome bonus is available to new users who make their first deposit on the platform. The bonus amount and percentage are defined on the active promotion page at the time of registration. To withdraw funds obtained from the bonus, users must meet the rollover requirement (minimum betting volume) specified in each promotion's terms.
Members of the 30wim VIP Program receive automatic weekly cashback on their net losses, based on their current tier. The cashback percentages and calculation rules are detailed on the VIP Program. Cashback is credited every Monday and can be used immediately on new bets.
Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, placing combined bets to guarantee an outcome regardless of the result, using automated software, or any other practice deemed abusive by 30wim — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may also result in account closure.
Bonuses are 30wim's way of rewarding real users. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion, including its rollover requirements.
Sports Betting at 30wim covers real events across football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other leagues), volleyball, MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), and many other sports available on the platform. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
A bet is only considered valid after explicit confirmation by the user and the issuance of a bet reference number on the platform. 30wim is not responsible for bets that were not completed due to a connection failure on the user's end.
Live betting and the Cash Out feature are subject to availability for each event. Live odds are updated in real time and may change between the moment you select and the moment you confirm your bet. 30wim may temporarily suspend live betting during in-game incidents (goals, red cards, injuries) while odds are updated.
If an event is canceled, suspended, or not completed within the regulatory time frame defined for each sport, bets on that event will be refunded at the original amount wagered, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds (prices clearly outside market parameters), 30wim reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on the incorrect odds, notifying the user and fully refunding the amount wagered.
30wim offers a wide variety of casino games, including slots, live casino with real-time dealers, crash games, roulette, blackjack, and more. All games available on the platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or are streamed live by licensed content providers.

30wim reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, show suspicious or fraudulent activity, or are linked to prohibited practices described in Section 10. In such cases, 30wim will notify the user by email and state the reason for closure where legally permitted.
In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, balances linked to irregular activity may be withheld for the duration of the investigation. Balances originating from legitimate deposits will be returned upon completion of the review, where applicable.
30wim is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets — the outcome of any bet is solely the user's responsibility. The platform is provided "as is" and 30wim will make its best efforts to keep it available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
In the event of a technical failure that results in a bet being incorrectly recorded, 30wim will review the incident and take appropriate action, which may include canceling the bet and refunding the staked amount, depending on the circumstances. Errors caused by connectivity issues on the user's end are not the responsibility of 30wim.
30wim is not liable for unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
30wim may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, applicable laws, or internal policies. When material changes are made, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email and through a prominent notice on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date.
